Caption Video

We see you've also reached us via social channels, and I'd like to inform you that we could replicate the issue of video captions not being included when downloading directly from the Quick Action page.

As a workaround, you can use the 'open in editor' option and download the video with the caption in the desired resolution. Please confirm with us once here if this works for you until we get the usual workflow resolved.
