Caption Video not working

This morning have been getting this error when trying to upload video for captioning. Tried many different formats, etc. I see many Adobe systems were down today, it says Express is Green, but this is still not working. See screen shot.

Additional information

Im using a desktop, FIrefox as a browser. Have the right movie file and size and since today it keeps loading. Also cleared out the cache.

Hey @eerstehulp_6521, Welcome to our community! Are you still facing the issue with 'Caption Video'? I tried it on my end on Google Chrome browser, and it seems to work fine. Have you tried working in private/incognito browsing mode or any other browser? Can you share your observations when you try them on?

I have the same issue now. It keeps loading, worked fine yesterday. Anyone knows whatsup?

This appears to be independent of some other disruptions earlier today (https://status.adobe.com/products/503465/202402100010)
