Certain Images Not Uploading

For some reason, some of the images/media I would like to upload are not uploading while others are. All the images I am attempting to upload are below 10 MB.

Hi @Lyn_D,

 

Thank you for the quick response. I am currently trying to upload PNGs that are 6-10MB each in file size to a project in Adobe Express. I have tried a different browser, incognito/private browsers, reinstalling adobe, and clearing my browser cookies but nothing has worked. I am unable to upload a video walkthrough of the issue at this time, but in the meantime I will ensure my browsers are up to date.

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. It would be helpful if you could provide more details. e.g. The file type. If possible, please provide us with a walk-through video of the problem and the file to better understand where the problem might be.

 

In the meantime, you can try clearing your browser cache and ensuring you have installed the latest Browser version or use a different browser. If the problem persists, don't hesitate to let me know.
