Chinese text not recognised

When chinese text is copied into a template, the font automatically changes to Source Han Sans JP. This is wrong, it should instead change to Source Han Sans CN

We are sorry for your difficulties. Please try a different browser and let me know if this helps. Is it happening with Source Han Sans JP, or have all fonts changed to different ones? Please confirm if it is happening to all Chinese fonts.
