Classrooms not available for students

I had a class sign in to Adobe Express on Monday. They joined a classroom and were able to see an assigned design. Today when they logged in they did not see the "Classroom" tab on the left side navigation. Many students also received an error message stating that they Safari was out of date. Students have updated to the latest version avialable for their generation of iPad and still see that same result. This has happened even after clearing cache and browsing history.

Hi @LunswayEdTech,

Thanks for reporting this. We're sorry to hear about this. Could you share:

  1. The student’s sign‑in Adobe ID via DM
  2. Whether “Classrooms” is missing or present, and the exact step where access fails (a short screen recording helps).
  3. Device + browser/app versions, and whether the issue reproduces in incognito and on a different network.

Regards,

Tarun

The student sign in is through Microsoft. It happened with entire class of students using our district single sign on {Personal infomation has been removed by the Moderator} One specific student who had this issue was sign {Personal infomation has been removed by the Moderator}
I don’t currently have a screen recording but can try to send that when I am able.
The biggest issue is that an entire class was unable to use the web browser (safari 17 on iPad) but they were able to sign in through the app but the “Classrooms” was missing on their left side navigation menu under Home. They had signed in on Monday the same way and it was there and when they logged back in on Thursday it was gone.
