We've confirmed that the user is shared with Adobe Express SSO-only, and there are no associated data errors. Please confirm if the login issue is still occurring using the "Access Portal As" feature. If the login issue still occurs, please reach out to the application's support team - their team's assistance will be required to resolve the issue.

It looks like you're using an Enterprise membership. Please have someone who is an admin open a support ticket through the admin console here: https://adminconsole.adobe.com/support They can work with you on the issue and track the issue there.
