Clip Maker is stuck at 80%

I’ve uploaded a video of various lengths (from 30 mins to 6 mins) and all of them start to convert to clips but get stuck at 80% and won’t go any further.

    Welcome to the Adobe Express community! We’re sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know the format of those videos? What is the file size? Did you try on another browser to check if that helps? Try duplicating the project, and let us know if that helps.

    Hi, it seems to be when trying to use clips that are the original size as they are in landscape. When I choose Reel/Story it works. Everything else is within the Adobe Express parameters.
