Clip maker isn't clipping files longer than 15 minutes. It just gives me an error message along the lines of there being a connection error

For some weird reason, I can't get Clip maker to generate clips from files longer than 15 minutes. It just goes through the uploading sequence and will sit at 0%. Then it quits on me! REPEAT: this only seems to happen when the file is longer that 15 minutes!

Thanks for the detail here - this is really helpful. The fact that it uploads successfully but fails during the analysis step (stuck at 0%) suggests this is likely hitting a duration or file size limit on the Clip maker’s processing backend, rather than a connection issue.

I don’t have a documented maximum video length for Clip maker on hand, but your file at 55 minutes is on the longer end. Can you confirm:

Roughly how large is the file in GB/MB?
Does this happen consistently with this file, or have you tried with other long videos?

THey rarely go beyond 1gb in size, per the prerequisites of the platform. Beforehand, it worked fine. Now, it seems anything beyond a time limit gets this result. I’ve tried to upload these this is when I got the problem.
