Color picker in Brands appears off screen, can't resize, RGB values can't be seen

Chrome 123.0.6312.106

Go into brands and color swatch. Half the time the palette is off the screen, have to zoom out in Chrome to see it. Can't resize the palette. Half of it is cut off. Change to RGB values input and it only shows one number for each value. Have to input and wait to see if it was put in correctly.

This looks pretty bad. Picking colors is the most basic thing you can do in an app and it seems a lot of people have this issue.
