combine files

It will complete downloading 6 pages and that is it. I have even left it overnight and it still is not downloading the files. I have reinstalled the app and still nothing. I have used this option many times in the past and have never had a problem. Please help. ty

Hi @Corey30697456vown , can you provide more details about the files you are trying to combine? Please tell us about your files (quantity, type, size) and how you are combining them (what process exactly?). Also, since you mention the app, what app version are you using, and on what OS platform and version? (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android?)

 

It will help if you include a screenshot showing how you are combining them. Have you tried this process from the web app directly at Adobe Express ?
