comments CONSTANTLY UNMAPPING!

The comments keep unmapping from the slides when i open a file. Occasionally if i close and reopen a bunch of times it will eventually correct itself but now even that isn't working. Can you please respond and fix this bug? If it continues we'll just discontinue Adobe Express. It's causing too many problems and every task is taking twice as long.

I have the same issue with hours of work when I'm up against a tight timeline likely to be lost. I'm trying to manually transfer comments out of Express in Acrobat version of the document, but have to guess which comment relates to what location. Not cool!!
