Conecction error with instagram and facebook

I have followed all the steps to conect adobe express with instagram and fabecebook however always get the error message. I have delete cookies, tried to do the process in two different browsers, the lap top, the mobile, desactivate the firewall from the antivirus, delete the app from commercial integration from facebook and nothing has worked. If I deleted the adobe express app from commercial integration in FB, the pop up showe me the option to connect trought FB, the acceses are all approved and when I click to continue it showed the message; if I do not delete the app from FB it shows me atomatically the error connection message. What else could I do?
