Connection Failed

Hi! Please can i have some help. I was able to connect IG & Facebook on another account. Then, I removed them from that account (unlinked) and tried to link to this account. Now, it says facebook link has worked, then says 'connection failed'. Please help!

Mine is doing the same thing. I can connect a clients account but not my own now and I cannot find a fix.
