First page says lets sign you in with facebook. then it asks permission then a you previously signed into facebook would you like to conintue.  I click yes and then it brings up a connection failed witha. cloud x page. and re directs me to the help page but there is nothing on there about this error.

Please help. I was just about to sign up and and Im abotu 4 hours in just trying to link my instagram and thats what I need to use it for.      Do I need to delete cookies or somehow re set some thign?   I have signed out of my facebook and tried to re sign in.  I have also tried. Firefox, Google, and Safari.  Please send help. thanks

Can only use Adobe Express with Instagram if you have Facebook. This makes Adobe Express worthless to me.

Hey @Matt Illustration!

Welcome to the Express community! I wish I had a better answer for you, but that’s Meta’s restriction. In order to be able to use the scheduler within Adobe Express with Instagram, Meta requires that you have a Facebook Page integrated.

Here’s a couple of links that dive further, both from Adobe’s side as well as Meta’s:

I hope you can find other ways that Express is useful, and I understand that this is a key feature you’d like to have.

Hi @ramsey_7372, Welcome to our community!! Thanks for reaching out! Yes, I suggest you clear your browser's cache and cookies before signing in to Adobe Express Scheduler and linking the social media connections.

You can refer to steps mentioned in this article to link Instagram to scheduler: https://adobe.ly/3X9cMzC

You can also refer to this video walkthrough that will guide you through the process: https://adobe.ly/3XelLQ1

let us know if this helps!

Thanks
