Connection interrupted

Hi - me and some of my colleagues have been having issues accessing assets on Adobe Express, whenever we select one and try to load it, we are met with the following error:

This has been going on for the past couple of days, laptops have been restarted since and caches cleared. I have a HAR file ready but unsure if there's a way to securely send it to you. 

 

Any advice of help would be appreciated.

We're sorry to hear about this. Try resetting the network settings in the control panel to see if that helps. If that doesn't help,  please share the HAR file containing logs of your network traffic when you access Express.

Once you have these files, try uploading them to a cloud storage link and sharing that link with us so we can investigate further.
