CONNECTION INTERRUPTED

I have an internet connection. I was using the program today, and suddenly "connection interrupted" appeared. It happens on both desktop and web applications. I've already restarted everything, but every time I try to open my file, the same thing pops up. What do I do? it is urgent, help.
