Connection interrupted error - Adobe express

Just wondering if there is a Known Issue or if there is a workaround, because I am unable to do ANYTHING with Express without getting a crash and this same error message.

Hi, alomost the same issue here.

The app is constantly crushing since this morning, no matters which file I try to work on.

I'm on Iphone 14 plus, IOS 18.7.1

No plugins/extensions added no where. Did not try to use another browser since I'm working on mobile.

It goes on retrieving file and then when the file is retrieved and I'm asked to touch continue, it starts all over again in a kind of endless loop.

Can you please advise ?

Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know the version of the operating system you are using? Have you recently added any plugins/extensions to your browsers? Have you tried using another browser?

 

Try resetting the network setting and let us know if that helps.
