Contains paid content?

I'm an educator on the education plan and signed in with my company credentials. I've been forced to migrate to the new express. All of my file are suddenly unable to be downloaded "because they contain paid content". All I have in the design is text and images that I've uploaded. Please advise.

Hello:

I am very sorry you are experiencing this frustratration with new update. For the "paid content" issue on downloading previously created work, try checking what fonts you have used in the project. Some fonts which were formerly free are now part of the Premium subscription. Replacing these fonts will allow you to download your projects. Let me know if this does not solve your issue and I will investigate further.
