Anyone have a solution?

Hi David,

Thank you for your response. I am the instructor. We have a free account through our school district, BUT, have issues and our IT claims to know nothing about the program to help.   We are logging in to the district, albeit remotely as our site is a public site.  Google Classroom and Adobe Express are not syncing. FOr example I can create an assignment, put it into G.C., but the students do not see it, nor have they received their invites to join A.E. With this said they can sign in to A.E. with their student email.

Thank you for responding and trying to help!!!

Hey @brenda_1262, I'd suggest you ask the IT administrator to reach out to our assisted support to resolve the issue. IT administrators have rights that can provide access to certain features and functionality within Adobe Express. Our support team will be able to guide them and work this through.

Thanks!

Hi @brenda_1262

A few questions to help better understand the scenario:

- Were you provided any resources to use for the presentation? The error looks like some kind of restriction associated with files used within the presentation?
Are you logging into the school's network? Although the error messaging does not clearly indicate this, it could also be the cause or related.
- Are other students in the class able to save the project successfully?
- You might want to let the instructor know about the error, too, in case they need to grant access to your account/files in the presentation in some way.

Please get back with more details when you have time.

Thanks,
Dave
