Continual Crash even after Support help

The project keeps crashing with an Error Message to refresh page or return back to home. Went through customer support and thought I had a workaround by support creating a new project. Got off support, and it crashed again. I am unable to use your product if this keeps happening. CASE NUMBER: ADB-31775757-P6R5
