convert image to SVG

Hi - since yesterday I"ve tried a zillion times to convert an image to SVG using your SVG converter. I had already converted a few, it worked fine. Then it just didn't. It says it has converted it & the "download" button is there but it's not activated, and there's nowhere I can find the SVG file. Help!
