Convert PDFs Feature

The feature description is misleading, the name and description suggests that I should be able to load and convert multiple files at once. Yet the file upload only supports selection of one file at a time, and drag and drop shows an error which explains nothing about why I am seeing an error, and links to a site without the context of the error in place. After the feature wasted my time, I came to the conclusion that it only supports converting one file at a time, which is not helpful at all. I want to be able to drop multiple files, up to 100MB total size, and convert them to i.e. Rich text file. The screen says we support files up to 100MB, does not say 1 file up to 100MB. but dragging several files returns an error.
