Does not work. I just get a message that says "file not supported" after it asked me to drag and drop a video...? If I try to browse my videos, the option to upload one is not even on the list.

We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know the file size you're trying to upload? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies.
