Hi @mikehopkins001 ,

Great to hear you found the cause. Chrome showing the dimension error makes sense — Safari not displaying it (especially if it’s outdated) can definitely lead to confusion.

If you run into anything else or see inconsistent behavior across browsers again, feel free to share the project link so we can take a closer look. Happy it’s working now!

Thanks

Thanks, so Safari was not giving any error messages but Chrome did. One of the video dimensions was a few pixels off the 146x146 minimum. Once dimensions corrected everything worked. Out of date Safari is the most probable issue.

Hi @mikehopkins001,

We’re sorry you’re experiencing this issue 😔. Please try duplicating your project and see if the Convert to GIF feature works in the copy. Also, make sure your app or browser is fully updated and try clearing your cache.

We’ve shared your case with our engineering team for further investigation. Could you also share a screenshot or a short screen recording showing the problem? This will help us troubleshoot more effectively.
