Why do you continue to offer me things that sound good but just don't work? This is very frustrating!!!

We're sorry to hear about this. Please let us know the file size you're trying to upload. Are you getting any error messages?  Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies.
