Copy and Paste text

Having the same problem--can't copy/paste text from a Word doc into the form.  I went through your fix and the clipboard is enabled.  Any other ideas?

This shouldn't happen. The old version isn't available anymore. Can you specify where you're copying from? Is it from a project or something else?

We recommend closing the other apps and verifying if the clipboard is enabled on your browser.

If you use Google:

• Go to Settings
• Click on Privacy & Security
• Click on Site Settings
• In Recent activity, you should see the Adobe Express website and click on it
• You will see the list of all permissions, and you can scroll down until clipboard
• You can change the permission on the right
  
  

Can you try again to copy/paste something on Adobe Express? If the issue persists, please send us a screenshot.
