Copy paste text dosnt work... Help me...

"Your media didn't import, please re-upload it."

 

I get this message every time I try to import a photo. I've tried various photos and none will upload. It works on my desktop but not on my android; I need it on the go for work. Already updated phone and tried un/reinstalling.

    Only text copy to paste problem.. this is recent bug issue

    Sorry to hear about your difficulties. I was a little confused about the issue. Is the issue related to difficulties uploading a photo or copy/pasting text or both?

    I have some questions to better understand the scenario:
    What model of Android phone are you using?
    What version of the Android OS are you using?
    What is the file size and file format the photos you're attempting to upload?
    Were the photos taken with the camera on the phone?
