Could not use all features especially removing background

I am receiving an error every time i use remove background function. This has been happening for a while now. I thought there was just some lag but until now I still can’t use it.

    Hi ​@MalLow ​@LadyLucifer78! There was an ongoing issue with the background removal tool in Adobe Express, which is now resolved. Can you check and confirm if it's working fine for you now?

    If you’re on mobile device, ensure the Adobe Express app is updated to the latest version

    If you're on a desktop browser, ensure to clear its cache/cookies when trying again.

    me too, i’ve tried various browsers and looked for updates.  My error states my videos are more than 2 minutes which they are not!
