Couldn't download PDF from Adobe Express

I couldn't download PDF from Adobe Express - the error window with "network unstable" appears, however I could download PNG with no issues.

I've tried to save several times, but the result is the same.

We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Have you tried with another PDF file to check if this is happening with a specific PDF or with all? Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
