Crashing projects and unable to upload photos

My projects are not saving, crashing and I have been unable to upload photos to restart projects

Do you mind sharing your adobe id (email that you sign in with) so we may look into error logs? Please DM me if you prefer.

Also, a screenshot with crash dialog (if any) would help.
