created a flyer and when downloading to print the picture won't go with it- but will if downloading as an image- which isn't helpful.

Sorry to hear you're running into this, and I’d like to investigate a little further...

Could you let us know:

• Are you using Adobe Express on the web or mobile app?

• Which browser and operating system are you using?

• Does this happen with all projects or only this specific flyer?

• Is the missing image one you uploaded yourself or an Adobe Stock asset?

As a quick test, try:

• Clearing your browser cache/cookies and exporting the PDF again.

• Opening the project in a different browser (Chrome, Edge, or Safari).

• Making sure, especially if you're on a work or school network, that all network endpoints are approved (https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/business/enterprise/manage-services/configure-services/network-endpoints.html)
