creating and editing of new item not able to , it is stuck in the below screen

I tried cache claeringa nd history clearing, but again and again it getting stuck inthe below screen. I gave enough time to try various ways, nothing works. Only turnaround i found is running through ingonnito mode.

Is it a bug ?

Hey @fabricate_4589, Thanks for posting this!! Can you please specify the browser you're using? Ideally, clearing the cache/cookies of the browser should help resolve this since it is working fine for you in the incognito mode. Are there any recent plugins/extensions added to this particular browser? If yes try disabling them once. Also, have you tried other browsers to check for similar behavior?
