creative Cloud pdf issue

Hello, recently I have been extremely disappointed with adobe express and its inability to download my pdf collages. And, if it does happen to download all of the exposures of every image are way way off rendering the collage unusable. I have been using this for a while to create a nice image for my client galleries and now I have no alternative method because exporting as a png or jpg makes the images super super low quality. PDF files were the only thing that worked and now I have to find some other way of working around this and it is extremely inconvenient. FIX ASAP see images to compare. The PNG I have uploaded is the correct exposure and the pdf file is what I am getting after downloading.

Hi Andrew,

 

So sorry you're experiencing troubles in downloading collages. As for the incorrect colors in the exported PDF, unfortunately we had a glitch for a few days in this area. The fix will be available the day after tomorrow, i.e. Thursday PST.

 

As for downloading them as png or jpg, we would need to investigate your case more deeply. If you're willing to share the project with us, so that we can take a deeper look, it would be great. I will send you a private message for how you'd be able to share the project with us.
