Critical Bug: AI Video Download Fails - Credits Charged Without Delivery

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I am experiencing a critical technical issue with your AI video generation feature that is preventing me from downloading my created content for an insta reel, while still consuming my AI credits.

I am on win10, using chrome.

  1. Initial Issue: I cannot download files created with the AI pic-to-video feature
  2. File appears empty: When I check my home directory, the file appears but is completely empty - there is no video
  3. Persistent problem: After deleting the empty file and recreating the video with AI, the exact same error occurs.

I can see the generated videos properly before attempting to download. When I click  on download I receive an error message. If i go in the home directory and click on the recently made video, there is no video inside the file.

This is extremely frustrating because I am apparently consuming AI credits for the video generation process, but receiving no usable output in return. I am essentially paying for a service that doesn't deliver the promised result.

Hello Tarun 🙂

Nice to meet you Tarun and thanks for taking care of the issue!

I send you in private the screenshot.

The error translated is: download. we work on your file. Soon you are able to download it.

Basically i tells me to wait, which i did obviously. But for a 5 to 10 sec video to wait more than 15 mins is a bit weird. I have a tab with the created video open but this is now waiting 2 hours. And in the home folder with my files the videos are blank - but only AI generated videos. So eventhough i can not download them, i should at least be able to see them, but there is nothing oO Some time ago i made a pic2video with the AI generator and everything worked very well.

Is there something else you want to see?
