Crop and shape tool is gone

Is the Crop and Shape tool gone? Just a week or so ago I was able to crop an image in a circle shape but this option is now gone and I don't know how we are supposed crop like this page says https://www.adobe.com/express/feature/image/crop/circle
I am on Chrome on a Mac.

Well this had me stumped for a moment! I couldn't see it anywhere either. And then...

 

Click this little icon and the Crop panel opens on the left with the usual shapes we know. It's there when you select any image on the project canvas.
