Crop in Box doesn't work

I’ve tried the Crop in Box feature on my end, and it appears to be working correctly. Since you're encountering black areas after cropping, could you share your device's make and model so we can test it under similar conditions? A screen recording of your workflow would also help us better understand the issue. Additionally, is this happening across all your projects, or is it limited to a specific one?
