crop tool wont work

Are you still having trouble cropping images in Adobe Express? I just tried to crop images in different shapes and was able to do it effortlessly. Please let us know what issues you are having with this functionality; if possible, please share a screen recording for us to understand it better.

Also, you can give it a try after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser to see if that makes any difference.
