Cropping tool not working properly

the photo cropping tool Currently it is only working for free record, cropping photos as shapes, doesn't work! 

at least for android.

     Hello, yes sure! The latest version available is precisely the one with the problem. I might be able to help by saying that the tool works perfectly up to version 27.0.1. The problem occurs in later versions. I attach a screenshot of how the tool should look correctly. 

     

    If you can fix it, great. If not, I'm happy to use the old version until a more stable update comes out!

    Hi @Andercamiz, Thanks for sharing the details with us, Can you confirm if you shared a screen recording or a screenshot above, because it seems just an image has come through. A screen recording would give us more clarity about the issue with the crop tool as for us the tool is working fine, and we are unable to reproduce the issue.

    Also, I’d like to inform you that unfortunately going back to the previous Adobe Express version is not possible, but we'll try to get this resolved for you.

    Please confirm whether the app is updated to the latest available version. Also, could you share the make and model of your Android device, along with the installed OS version?

    Once both the app and device OS are up-to-date, could you try restarting your device and check if the issue with the crop tool continues?

    If the problem continues, we’d appreciate it if you could share a screen recording of the issue along with the requested device details. This will help us investigate further.
