There is no longer a way to curve text in your desktop version (I really hate this new desktop version btw). I really wish the mobile and desktop versions still talked to each other and the editing features were similar. The desktop version of Adobe Express is now really, really bad.

No, curved Text is not currently available in the new Adobe Express, disappointing a lot of people. However, it is a feature that's been much requested and is planned.
