Custom fonts - not all letters shown correctly

Hi there,

 

I uploaded a custom font in the branding section of Adobe Express. Its uploaded and I also can select it the fonts selection when I want to change the font in a document.

Unfortunately not all the letters are shown correctly, so the font is not working properly. Any suggestions what we should do that this custom font is usable in Adobe Express?

Hi @Lyn_D ,

thank you for your reply. I talked to our company admin and he is not quit sure how to upload the custom fonts. Is there any step by step guide you can send us?

I just spotted your post and wanted to find out if you still require help, as it has been a while since this was last reported.

I looked at your account and can see that you have an enterprise account. As an enterprise user, you'll need your company admin to upload custom fonts in Adobe Express. Please contact your admin for font uploads. If you are the admin, please ensure you're logged in with the correct profile.
