"Custom Groups" Sort Feature is missing

Hey, when I am on my Brand site and I want to access the "Custom Group" sorting feature - it is not showing up. This can only be a bug, how else would one sort extensive brands.

Hey Amitej, thanks for your reply. No, incognito/private is not resolving the issue.
In general yes, that is the menue but, to be precise, one hirarchy further down in your "test 17". The button and menue is visible to me BUT it contained a feature called "Group by" which is missing since March. (maybe last update)
I attached a sreenshot comparing a screenshot from last month and now.

Here is in general what i am trying to do (and was able to until last update)
- i set up custom folders in my CC Library for a brand
- i see exactly these groups in my adobe express view if i set it to "sort by custom groups"

Hey everyone,

i am trying to organize the assets of a brand. I have multiple folders set up in my CC and when i go to my express brand page i was able to choose "sort by custom groups" (Feb. 13th) so all my assets are getting displayed in the groups i put them in in CC. Loevely, exactly what you want for loads of assets.
Since then the option is missing, there is only sort by "Name" and "Modified" left.

In an adobe express showcase video the host was highlighting this sorting feature for managing her brands, did they put it somewhere else? What am i missing?
