Cut-over to new Adobe Express issues

I am unable to access my files. They consistently say they are being converted to the new format.

We're sorry to hear about this. Are you still experiencing this issue? If yes, please let us know which browser you are using. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Such problems can also be fixed by clearing the browser's cache and cookies.
