Can you let us know if the issue resolved itself after clearing out storage, or are you still unable to export Adobe Express files? If so, please provide the export format and the number of pages/duration of the file. We may also require the project ID to investigate the cause of export failure. Once you share the Project ID via community DM, we'd request edit access to the project from our test ID.

You have to delete the files stored there to free up more storage space.
