Delete option disappears when selecting multiple files

Hi,

While organizing my files in Adobe Express, I noticed an inconsistency in the file management experience.

When I select a single file, the Delete option is available.

However, as soon as I select multiple files, the Delete option disappears and the only action available is Copy to.

I'm not sure whether this is the intended behavior or a UI issue. If it is intentional, I'd like to suggest adding a bulk delete option when multiple files are selected. Having to delete assets one by one becomes very time-consuming, especially when working with a large number of files.

A bulk delete action would make organizing projects and managing storage much more efficient.

Thanks!

Hi @Raquel Glitter! Thanks for reporting this and for the detailed description.

I tried to replicate the same workflow on my end, and the Delete option is appearing as expected when selecting multiple files.

Could you try the same workflow in an Incognito/Private window or a different browser and see if the behavior persists?

If you're still unable to delete multiple files, please share:

    • Browser and version
    • Where in Express you're selecting the files (Your Stuff, Home, folder, etc.)
    • Whether the selected files are all your own files or include shared content
    • A screenshot or screen recording showing the available options when multiple files are selected

This will help us determine whether the issue is specific to your setup or needs further investigation.
