Design element problem

All design elements I've used that have curves - basically anything that isn't a straight line - has rough and jagged edges when downloaded in any format. PNG or JPG logos and banners using these elements look terrible at any resolution or size. If you really want me to cancel my Canva subscription, this needs to be fixed. The work looks unprofessional and really bad.
