Designated flicker

When I finish my video one of the videos within my short is flickering at a specific spot every time. The color of the flickering is always gray and I cant get rid of it

Is it happening between scenes? In other words, this isn't a continuous video, but compiled with clips? If so, the problem might be similar to what I encountered. Increase the zoom view of the timeline to its highest and scroll along your video, You might notice blank frames at the beginning or end of each scene and that's what causes the flashing. Remove the extra frames and that should fix the problem.
