Desktop App & Web App Not syncing properly

Hi! My desktop app and web app are not syncing or showing everything properly in my brands. Whenever I create a new subgroup or add new things in either medium (web or desktop), they don't show up on the other... And this isn't just a one day issue, it's been like this for months. Every day I wake up and try opening up my web app and desktop app and everything is not exactly the same.

This shouldn't be happening! Please confirm if the Adobe IDs associated with both devices are the same. Have you tried logging out and back into your Adobe account? Sometimes, clearing the browser's cache or cookies resolves such issues. Also, let us know your mobile device's make and model and the installed OS. Moreover, ensure that the mobile app is updated to its latest version.
