Desktop floating image editor obscures images.

The desktop version's 'floating' image editor (or whatever it's called) obscures the image and cannot be moved or shut off. This is deeply frustrating because I cannot see the margins, which I need for Instagram stories. Please either make this moveable or REmoveable for Desktop. Thank you.
