Did email notifications stop?

We use notifications as a way to get team members to review designs.  It seems like these emails have stopped.   Is this happening elsewhere?

Thanks for reaching out. Are you referring to the notification that occurs when you share a design with someone else, and then they receive a notification? Is this specific to you who is not receiving the notification? 

 

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.

It is when sharing designs and tagging them. The notifications are not showing up in the platform AND the emails are not coming through.
This was on multiple browsers. I did not receive them but also found out that others did not receive them either. We have a Project group set up in “Your Stuff” and it seems to be everyone in that group not receiving these emails when sharing a design.
