Disappearing object edit menu

New bug this week:

  • Select an object
  • No editing UI appears, and the arrows do not move the object

This means that in order to work, every single time i select an object, i first have to tap "edit" in order to edit it. It's such a waste of time. Please fix it.

I also despise the fact that the edit menu isn't sticky - the sliding back and forth is really distracting. I'd like to have the edit menu always there. I hate that the canvas moves around on screen.

Hi @roni_7407 ,

 

Please try the following and let us know how it goes:

  1. Tap the Edit button to display the left panel.

  2. Once visible, check if the edit menu stays sticky.

It looks like you might be part of the Layout Mode experiment, which is why you need to toggle the Edit button to see the panel.

Thanks, Mahmoud. I tapped the Edit button, which displayed the left panel as you describe. However, it does not stay sticky. I have to tap the edit button with every single element I want to edit. It’s tedious. How do I remove myself from this layout mode experiment? It’s awful.
